Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Hybrid Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both collaborative and independent work environments, and who can deliver high-quality visual content across a variety of digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into compelling design solutions that engage and inspire our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visual assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, online ads, and presentations.
• Create print collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and signage.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to execute design strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects and media formats.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through execution.
• Edit and retouch images as needed for print and digital use.
• Prepare and package final files for production or digital publishing.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Experience with digital tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
