Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our operations team with day to day administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient in handling digital communications and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain digital filing systems and company documentation
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence
Track office expenses and ensure timely procurement of digital resources
Manage emails and handle basic client or partner inquiries
Assist with internal reporting and project documentation
Support HR, finance, or operations departments with administrative tasks
Requirements:
HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–4 years of relevant experience in an admin role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
